We take your online security extremely seriously and are committed to safeguarding your privacy and protecting the information we collect about you through freddalygolf.com, here on our online store, or by any other means. Warranties, Returns & Replacements
- We aim for 100% satisfaction and complete confidence in our products and don't expect you to ever need this information! All products manufactured by Fred Daly Golf and available either through our retailers or online here at our online store are covered by a 12 month warranty. All our putters are additionally covered by our no quibble 30 day returns policy; for all putters bought through our online store if you don't see an improvement in your putting and sink more putts (we know you will!) then you can simply return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of receipt! All returns must be made in accordance with the terms of our Returns policy and the required returns process is clearly outlined within it, however if you do encounter a problem with a Fred Daly Golf product, we are here to help - so just get in touch by phone or email!
Ordering
- Placing an order is easy through our online store - simply select the products and options you require, review the order in your basket, and complete your order by following the checkout process. Links for your basket and to proceed to the checkout are located on the top right of all pages on the store. If you run into any problems or would like help with the process please don't hesitate to get in touch! All orders placed directly with us through our online store or over the phone - either for direct delivery, or for delivery through your local retailer are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which all customers must agree to during the order process.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- To complete an order through our online store we offer several forms of payment - Credit or Debit Cards online through SagePay, our secure payment provider, or by Paypal. Credit or Debit card payment through either option, or Paypal Instant Bank Transfer will be processed immediately and your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours, orders paid for by other Paypal payment methods such as e-cheque will be processed and dispatched with 24 hours of cleared funds being confirmed in our account - please note this can take upwards of 3 working days from the day you send the payment from Paypal. In order to ensure a safe and secure customer experieince, as outlined in more detail on our Security Information page, we have chosen to partner with SagePay as our payment gateway for our online payments. This enables you to pay for your order without ever having to submit your card details directly to us.
Your Account - Updating Account Information
- You can easily manage your account information, delivery addresses and contact details - as well as viewing your recent orders, simply by logging into your account via the "My Account" button at the bottom of any page, or using the "Login" links on any store page to view your account and update your account information.

Viewing Orders
- All orders placed through our store can easily be tracked. Please login to your account using the "My Account" button as described above. Here you can view the status of your existing orders. If you are logged in, you can also track the progress of your orders by going to your order status in your account.
