Returns Policy
We we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, and more importantly sink more putts!
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us unused in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
All our putters addittionally come with a no-quibble, no-questions asked 30 day returns policy if you are not satisfied that the putter has improved your game. We want to show you that our putter really can help you sink more putts! We want you to use your putter and see how it can improve your game so the putter does not have to be unused and can be returned used under this guarantee, within 30 days of receipt.
Please note however that with the exception of putters we are only able to accept items for refund that have not been worn, altered or used unless faulty. If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call our customer services team on +44 (0)28 9752 1847 or contact us using our Returns Form.
Please note nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
Returning an item to us
If you are not entirely satisfied with our products,we are always here to help. All our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but if you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your invoice) within 30 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that we can also accept returns delivered back to us by hand at the above addres, but only by prior appointment.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If you prefer, you may also request that we arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Please contact us to arrange this.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: giftwrapping).
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
